PSI is owned and managed by two wine industry veterans who collectively bring 50+ years of solid experience.

Co-owner John Guffey has worked in the wine industry for over 30 years. He brings his vast hands-on facility management experience to the team, and draws from it to ensure each and every job is handled professionally and efficiently.

Co-owner Jose Rendon Jr. is a second-generation farm labor contractor with more than 20 years of agricultural industry experience under his belt. Jose is well versed on the winery side, as he has been providing superior employees to many Central Coast wineries for the last decade.
